ART DESIGN PHOTO BIKES COFFEE STUFF LIFE

Finally moved the blog to a new address. The old URLs are forwarded so all the permalinks should work fine. I tried my best to make the transition as painless as possible, but there may still be some kinks – if you find any, do let me know. As for the feed, I’m still experimenting with it, but if everything worked the way I intended, current subscribers should be able to view the new feed without making any adjustments. I’ll let you know if there are any problems.

I want one.

Irina Troitskaya, an illustrator from Russia, draws her own versions of Russian stacking dolls. Every since I started seeing the DIY vinyl toy phenomenon, I’ve been wanting to draw my versions of these stacking dolls. (Don’t ask me how I got to Russian stacking dolls from vinyl toys…) Anyway, these creatures aren’t the only amazing works by Irina – she does some wonderful drawings on flat surfaces as well.

Jacqueline Pytyck is an illustrator who just graduated from OCAD this year. She has some great illustration works on her site. Be sure to check out her sketches as well.
