Edward Del Rosario is an American artist working out of New York. I love the quarky & strange characters in even weirder situations. Very nice contrast to the solid backgrounds.

Antonia Kuehn is an illustrator / designer with a lot of great works on her website. I especially enjoyed the travel diary sketches she made while travelling across Hong Kong, Melbourne, New Zealand, Chile, Argentina and Brazil.
